Air energy heating system is a heating system using air energy heat pump technology. The principle of air energy heating system is based on the basic principle of thermodynamics, that is, the natural law of heat flowing from high temperature to low temperature. The air energy heating system uses the heat pump cycle to transfer and amplify the heat in the low temperature ambient air to provide the required heating heat.
The main components of air energy heat pump include evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve. The whole system is heated through the circulation of these components.
The working principle of air energy heating system is as follows:
Evaporator: In the evaporator, low temperature air passes through the internal condensing agent, making the condensing agent change from liquid to gas, and absorbing the heat in the air, thus raising the temperature of the air.
Compressor: The gaseous condensate is compressed by the compressor to further increase its temperature.
Condenser: high temperature and high pressure condensate enters the condenser, where the condensate passes through the external heat exchanger to release heat and become liquid again.
Expansion valve: the condensate passes through the expansion valve to reduce the pressure and temperature, and then enters the evaporator again to restart circulation.
During the whole circulation process, the indoor temperature is gradually increased through continuous circulation of heating air, so as to achieve the heating effect. The advantages of air energy heating system include high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection, no need of fuel, quiet operation, no need of chimney, etc., so it is adopted by more and more families and buildings.
