Low-temperature air source heat pump unit, with its characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection, comfort and easy installation, meets the special needs of "coal to clean energy" in the north and winter heating in the Yangtze River basin, and becomes the main force of "coal to electricity" in the north. The STS air source heat pump unit independently developed and produced by Kcalin New Energy has made significant technical improvements in defrosting, low temperature attenuation, high-efficient operation, noise reduction and other aspects, and won the second prize in the enterprise group of the Ninth Innovation Competition (Hebei Region) in 2020.

The Limited Values and Grades of Energy Efficiency of Low Ambient Temperature Air Source Heat Pump (Cold Water) Units (hereinafter referred to as the Energy Efficiency Standard of Low Temperature Air Source Heat Pump) was developed by the Institute of Standardization and implemented on May 1, 2020.

a It is mainly applicable to the end of low-temperature radiation heating, such as floor heating.

b It is mainly applicable to forced convection heating terminal, such as fan coil, forced convection low temperature radiator, etc.

c It is mainly applicable to the heating terminal combining natural convection and radiation, such as fan coil, low temperature radiator, etc.

The energy efficiency standard of low temperature air source heat pump unit requires that the energy efficiency grade be determined according to the size of the performance coefficient, which is divided into three grades from high to low, namely, 1, 2, and 3. Determine the product category according to the outlet water temperature and heating capacity of the product; Determine the energy efficiency grade of the product by referring to the energy efficiency grade index table of the low-temperature heat pump unit. For products with different outlet temperatures, the energy efficiency indicators under different rated outlet temperatures shall be tested separately, and shall not be less than the limit value.
